(Boston, MA. – June 23, 2015) John R. Felice, a shareholder at Hermes, Netburn, O’Connor & Spearing, P.C., presented at The Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association Spring Seminar and Annual Meeting on May 29, 2015 at the InterContinental Boston Hotel.
The packed educational program included leaders across the bar. John Felice served as a panelist for a discussion on legal malpractice and ethics, including a discussion of RFF Family Partnership and impending changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct. Other panelists included Thomas Peisch (Conn Kavanaugh), Russell Pollock (Bergstresser & Pollock), Warren Fitzgerald (Fitzgerald Dispute Resolution) and Jeffrey Woolf (Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers).
