Overview
Before joining the firm, Mac was a law clerk with a regional firm focused on toxic tort liability, product liability, insurance matters and complex civil and business litigation. In his role, Mac analyzed key legal issues with the goal of furthering client needs. Mac was also a clerk for the Chief Justice of the Massachusetts District courts, analyzing legal issues relating to judicial policies and procedures.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mac worked in the insurance industry as a claims representative. His work included handling workers’ compensation, product, cyber, auto and general liability claims for a hospital system and a major municipality. His experience in the insurance industry also includes performing investigations, effectuating settlements and assisting defense counsel in litigation matters.
