Brian advises clients on a range of insurance matters, adeptly handling cases from inception to completion. Brian is experienced with all aspects of civil litigation. He brings a diligent, detail-oriented approach to handling client matters, and is always focused on providing his clients with practical legal solutions to fit their specific needs.
Brian joined Hermes Netburn O’Connor & Spearing as a Law Clerk before attending Northeastern University School of Law and joined Hermes Netburn as an associate in 2014. Brian also served as a law clerk for two other Boston area law firms, supporting senior attorneys on a variety of product liability, commercial, environmental and insurance coverage litigation matters.
Prior to beginning private practice, Brian served as a clerk in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office. In that role he assisted in representing US Government Agencies in tort, employment, prisoner petition, social security and other cases. Additionally, he assisted in conducting investigations of potential violations and bringing civil enforcement actions against violators.
