This list features plaintiff and cross-claimant jury verdicts obtained in Massachusetts through 2017. Jeremy Weltman is recognized in connection with Cheng v. Brophy, a case involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, neglect misrepresentation, unfair business practices and breach of warranty of habitability.
