John R. Felice, insurance coverage attorney with Hermes, Netburn, O’Connor & Spearing, P.C., authored an article entitled “The Computer Crime Coverage Conundrum.” Recently published in For the Defense, the Defense Research Institute’s flagship publication for the past 40 years, the article provides an extensive overview and analysis of computer crime insurance policies as they relate to modern technology. The article examines the language contained in the various computer crime coverage forms and offers practical solutions for both policyholders and insurance companies to navigate their way through this coverage abyss.

John Felice is a shareholder who has substantial experience representing insurers, insurance claim administrators, and other stakeholders in connection with complex insurance coverage matters involving general liability, property, professional liability, directors and officers liability, umbrella and excess policies, and fidelity and surety bonds.
