Claims & Litigation Management Alliance Announces Its 2011-2012 State Chairs
(New York, NY October 31, 2011) – The State Chair is a leadership role within the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) whose purpose is to assist in the development and growth of the Alliance and to foster communications locally. State Chairs also establish and monitor CLM strategic affiliations for state and local organizations/associations. The CLM announces its State Chairs for 2011-2012.
John Felice has been selected to be one of the State Chairs for Massachusetts. Mr. Felice is a shareholder of Hermes, Netburn, O'Connor & Spearing, P.C. He has substantial experience representing manufacturers and distributors of asbestos and asbestos-containing products in toxic tort cases pending in multiple jurisdictions. He also represents clients in product and premises liability claims, including negligent security claims, product defect claims, and claims involving toxic exposure to mold.
In addition to his product and premises liability practice, Mr. Felice represents insurers and insureds in state and federal courts in connection with claims for coverage on general liability, property, professional liability, directors and officers liability, umbrella and excess policies, and fidelity and surety bonds. Mr. Felice also represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in the defense of construction-related litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death, defective workmanship and breach of contract claims. Mr. Felice has litigated numerous multiparty construction cases involving scaffolding accidents, exposure to toxic substances, and building defects.
