Hermes Netburn Attorney, Holly M. Polglase, Speaks at Emerging Issues in Motor Vehicle Product Liability Conference

Polglase, a products liability attorney and shareholder at Hermes, Netburn, O’Connor & Spearing, P.C. spoke at the recent ABA Emerging Issues in Motor Vehicle Product Liability Litigation Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. This annual program is sponsored by the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the ABA. Ms. Polglase co-chaired a panel entitled “Handling Friction: Developments in Asbestos Litigation” which focused on the trends in this fast-growing area of litigation. The materials also included her paper entitled, “Handling Friction: The Defense of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers for Asbestos Claims.”
