Kevin P. Polansky

Kevin Polansky is an associate with Hermes, Netburn, O’Connor & Spearing, P.C. Mr. Polansky concentrates his practice on the areas of general, civil and commercial litigation, construction law, surety and fidelity law, and insurance coverage and defense.
Prior to joining Hermes, Netburn, O’Connor & Spearing, Mr. Polansky was an associate at a mid-size firm in Boston, concentrating his practice on litigation of civil actions in state and federal court, including personal injury, medical malpractice, construction, business, and real estate litigation.
Kevin lives in Waltham, Massachusetts, with his wife.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Polansky received his B.S. in Political Science and English in 2003 from the College of the Holy Cross and he received his J.D. in 2006, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, Mr. Polansky served as a Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 Certified Student Defender at the Boston Municipal Court and as a member of Suffolk’s National Mock Trial Competition Team. Mr. Polansky also was the Associate Executive Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review.
