The founding members of Hermes, Netburn, O'Connor & Spearing, P.C. left a large,
well-established Boston law firm in 1994 in the belief that there is a better way
to run a private legal practice. Their philosophy is that the practice of law does
not require extensive infrastructure, excessive staffing, or costly office space.
Instead, all that is needed is a group of outstanding attorneys who are able to
