The Firm's toxic tort practice represents clients in cases involving personal injury
and property damage arising from a variety of toxic substances including asbestos,
mold, lead poisoning and various chemicals. Our clients have included general contractors
and subcontractors; insulation and refractory contractors; manufacturers of machinery,
distilling plants, pumps, valves, and other process equipment; manufacturers of
friction products, including brakes and clutches; manufacturers of roofing, floor
tile and other construction products; manufacturers of boilers; manufacturers of
wire and cable; manufacturers of scientific equipment; talc processors; and distributors
of asbestos and asbestos-containing materials.
