(Boston, MA.  February 5, 2013) – Kevin Polansky and Holly Polglase, products liability attorneys with Hermes, Netburn, O’Connor & Spearing, P.C. authored an article entitled “Responding to Chapter 93A Demand Letters in Product Liability Cases.”   Recently published in Lawyers Journal, a Massachusetts Bar Association publication, the article provides an extensive overview and analysis for handling Chapter 93A demands.  The article examines each party’s obligations under Chapter 93A and offers practitioners a cohesive framework for investigating, formulating and drafting Chapter 93A responses.  Further, the article suggests a helpful approach to resolving 93A settlement demands.
